Today was the Super Saturday thing and I took the practice ACT thing and everything. I got a 32 on the reading, a 31 on the English, a 28 on the science, and a 21 on the math. I hate math. My composite score was 28, same as my PLAN test score, but that's because the PLAN test is evil and easy and not at all like the ACT, or at least the practice one.

Uggggggh.

I got a 41/75 on the multiple choice, which is a 58% but I'm not really surprised -- this was the first one that I didn't study at all. I can rewrite it and everything. But still. Look how much I suck.

I got a brochure today about this summer program at Hollins University (in Virginia ... they've mailed me some letters and stuff) and it sounds really cool but it costs $1200. $1200 that I don't have. I was telling Kelsey about it but she said that she thought if I got a job soon, I could have all of the money by June 6, when it's due.

I doubt it. No one is going to hire a 15 year old. Which is dumb, because I am no less responsible or mature or whatever than any of the 16 year olds that I know. I guess my mom would pay for it if I went to that instead of London next year.

Money is so evil. I hate it so much.

Tomorrow is "Romeo and Juliet" during third and fourth period so I basically only have half a day of school (we use block scheduling at my school, so I only have 4 hour-and-a-half classes everyday). Only bad part? I never thought I would say this, but I miss Spanish. And I actually have a really good time in Spanish. Lindsey, Kenzie, Ellen, Heather (who is insane and pulls my hair but is hysterically funny) and Josh and everyone are in my class so it's usually fun. And we're watching "Sam"/"Extra"/whatever tomorrow and I kinda love it. Oh well -- three and a half hours out of school with Kelsey and Katie. Should be fun, hahah.

Also: I miss AUT :[
Gahhh. Kelsey's party is Thursday. I'm really excited but nervous. I've actually never had a real party before.

Lawdy. I have been procrastinating for quite a looooong time. Four hours since I got home and I still haven't done anything (unless putting pictures on facebook counts, which it does not).

I need to write a thesis and I thought I was absolutely lost but I think I might actually have an idea. Or the start of one at least ... Plus, I went in during AUT to ask Webel about the theses and everything.

Me: So, the themes and everything are basically what we talked about in groups?
Webel: Yeah, it's whatever you want it to be. It's very open-ended.
Me: Yeah ... great.
Him: Did you expect me to just give you something?
Me: No, I mean, I wanted to make sure I was on the right track.
Him: I'm sure you'll think of something. You always end up with something good.

Major yay moment for me. Considering the idea of this essay was making me want to go into a short coma. Best part though? When we were leaving the room and Ellyn told Kelsey I was "macking on her bitch and she was gonna have to teach me a lesson."

(She's basically IN LOVE with him. Also: he's my thirty year old English teacher. She looked like she was going to cry when he shaved off his beardy thing. Unfortunately, she didn't think it was funny when I told her she should ask him if she could stroke his face ... and my arm hurt for a while.)

Tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiired.

Today was: looking stupid in AP (as usual), talking about Canada and British people and flailing about in frustration because of the quadratic formula (math), being awesome on the Spanish test, and talking to the counselor (who I thought would be really annoyed but was actually nice). So .... okay.

I want to sleep. I have nothing to do, but I should read Stearns or something because we have a two chapter test on Friday. Uggghhh. I'm not sure whether or not this is a good day.

My house is quiet. Quiet, but for my tv and the drill my mom is using to put in the new light fixture in the kitchen. So, I guess, not very quiet.

I don't get the whole new lights thing. I know it sounds selfish, but could she have waited a month or two to buy new lights and given me the money for the fucking AP exam? It's $80. I have $5. The first $15 is due in a week and a half and I don't have it.

If I was on free/reduced lunch, I wouldn't have to pay, or it would at least be a lot cheaper. I'd also be able to eat lunch, and I don't know whether that'd be a good thing or a bad thing.

Ugh. I'm going to the mall with Alex in a little while to buy Kelsey a birthday present ... with my $5. I need a job, so bad. No one I used to babysit for has called me in three or four months. Shiza.

Yeah. I'm back because I got my new computer so now my internet works again.

We picked our classes and I've already turned in the form but I'm still kind of freaking out. I'm taking AP US/Lit and Comp, Integrated 3 Honors (that's math, the alternative to the traditional, algebra whatever course thing for dumb kids), Honors Chemistry (why I am such an idiot? I am not smart enough for honors chem), Spanish 4 Honors (the only class I am actually sure I can do well in), Personal Finance unless I can test out of and in that case I'll be taking an AUT instead, Psychology, Intro to Digital Media for my practical art and Intro to Art for my fine art.

Gahhhh.
